ESMA published on March 3, 2025 its draft to simplify the regulatory requirements for insider lists in accordance with Art. 18 MAR. The aim is to implement the requirements under EU Listing Act ((EU) 2024/2809) and reduce administrative burden. The German Banking Industry Committee welcomes ESMA’s draft, as it reduces the scope of information, in particular personal data.
