GBIC comments on the EBA’s Consultation Paper on draft RTSs amending

The GBIC has submitted comments on the EBA’s proposed amendment to Article 10 of  Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 on strong customer authentication and takes the view that, contrary to the current proposed amendment, a holistic view and analysis that takes into account the interests of all parties involved (payment service users, payment service providers and account information service providers) is required.
