GBIC comment on the draft bill to amend the Foreign Trade Act

The German Banking Industry Committee (GBIC) has submitted a statement on the amendment of the Foreign Trade and Payments Act. In it, GBIC calls for the retention of the so-called grace period in Section 18 (11) AWG and the introduction of the possibility of comprehensive voluntary disclosure exempting from punishment.
