Board of Directors (Vorstand)

The association's Board of Directors is composed of twelve members: one elected member from each of the five big banks, three members from the group of regional banks, of which one should be a member of a Pfandbrief bank, two private bankers, one representative of the foreign banks and the General Manager of the association, who is a board member by virtue of his office. The Board of Directors elects from among its members the President and his two deputies. Their term of office is three years.
