Board of Directors (Vorstand)
The Board of Directors of the Association of German Banks is made up of the following elected members: one board member from each of the big banks, three members from the regional banks, two private bankers and one representative from the foreign banks. By virtue of his office, the General Manager of the Association is also a member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elects from its midst the President and his two deputies for a term of three years.
